Central Park + Skatepark Igualada

Expansion project of the “Parc Central” in Igualada (Barcelona) where an integrated Skatepark has been built with the urban park with abundant vegetation.

With over 1,700 square meters of pigmented mass concrete, this skatepark is the largest in Catalonia and one of the largest in Spain and Europe. All the concrete was pigmented to give it a more natural tone to the space and integrate it better into the entire park environment, a green space with over 300 trees, walking areas, and playgrounds. This skatepark includes a “bowl” area, a “street” area, and a “pump track” and is suitable for hosting Olympic-level competitions.
