Light wood-toned concrete

For this large-scale project, Serra Ciments supplied the pigment to color all the concrete produced in the plant using SC Pigments®. This provided a light wood tone and texture. The dosage was carefully adjusted to very low levels to modify the characteristic gray tone of the concrete, achieving a natural color that highlights the textures created by the wooden formwork used on-site.

The project management aimed to replicate the color of the local soil, achieving a soft and harmonious tone. Additionally, the tonal variations created by the formwork added visual richness, allowing the housing complex to blend naturally with the surrounding landscape.
