Concrete Road Safety Barriers in Pigmented Concrete

In this project, in-situ execution of New Jersey-type concrete safety barriers was carried out using an extruder machine to ensure continuous and uniform production. The barriers were manufactured with high-strength pigmented concrete, incorporating the Pardo 4610 SC Pigments color reference, allowing for aesthetic integration with the mountainous environment where they were installed.

Pigmentation: The Pardo 4610 SC Pigments were added directly into the mix to achieve a homogeneous coloration throughout the concrete mass.
